Everyone became a great chef during lockdown. It is not bad to eat home-cooked food but because of the frequent eating, one can gain weight very easily. So, in order to maintain your weight, all you have to do is to follow the following routine.
1. Morning yoga
It is not necessary to hire a professional gym trainer or yoga teacher in order to make your body fit. You can do it at home by yourself and it just takes 30 minutes of your morning routine. There are several yoga apps on play store which you can install and do your yoga at morning. By doing yoga for 30 minutes in the morning can help you to reduce extra calories and calms your nerves.
2. Cup of hot water
If you are not a lover of green tea, then by only drinking hot water at an empty stomach helps you to be in shape and it also helps to improve your digestion. You can add a half spoon of honey into the water and you can add a few drops of lemon too. But only got water can also serve the purpose.
3. Light Dinner
It is ok to have something heavy in your breakfast and lunch but try to eat a light meal for your dinner. It helps to detoxify your body and digestion is likely low during the night. So, you can have only a salad in your dinner or you can have a roti too. But make it light so that you can digest it faster.
4. Eating Timetable
If you are eating your meals at the right time, then you don’t have to worry about your weight gain. By eating your meals at the proper time helps to burn all the calories at the right time. Eat your breakfast before 8:30 am, have your lunch before 1:30 pm and eat your dinner before 7:30 pm. This way, you can enjoy your tea time snacks and your weight remains healthy.
