The massive 8.8 imdb rated Netflix’s German series Dark is set for a new season. The trailer for Dark season 3 is out. The season 3 will be officially released on Netflix on 27 June 2020.

Dark is a German mystery thriller series which stars Louis Hoffman as Jonas Kahnwald, Oliver Masucci as Ulrich Nielsen, Maja Schone as Hannah Kahnwald, Antje Traue as Agnes Nielsen, Lisa Kreuzer as Claudia Tiedmann , Jordis Triebel as Katharina Nielson, Angela Winkler as Ines Kahnwald, Karoline Eichhorn as Charlotte Dopler, Anatole Taubman as Bernd Dopler and Lisa Vicari as Martha Nielsen.

It is a science fiction thriller created by Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese.
It is a time traveller series in which two children goes missing in the Winden city of Germany wher the crime rate is lower than other cities. 5 Children from the Winden city school goes to the woods at night for finding some stuffs that was hidden by a missing child. They hear some creepy sound inside a cave present in there and run away from there. But one child goes missing from the woods. The story goes on as the police and other government agencies undergo a search for the children. The searching was done in the forest where a cave is present. The police then finds a body of a young child whose identity was unknown. The cave leads to a door that is locked as it was under control of the nuclear power plant present in the city. The police orders a search warrant for the nuclear power plant present in the city but that was denied by the government as it was a highly secure area. The story gets more tangled as the missing boy come back to the city but it was the year 1986!!!

The Season 1 was officially released by Netflix on 1 December 2017. There was a total of 10 episodes in season 1 and Season 2 had a totat of 8 episodes. The season 2 was released officially by Netflix on 21 June 2019.
